Dylan Mooney the Actor Producer Teacher

Dylan Mooney is an accomplished American actor, producer, and currently teaches The Business of Acting at the prestigious Lee Strasberg Theater & Film Institute.

Dylan followed his passion for acting as a child and earned a degree in Theater Arts & Dance from Cal-State L.A. Since then, he’s been fortunate enough to work steadily in the entertainment industry as an actor and producer, constantly learning and growing as an artist.

During his steady rise as a working actor, from being a series-regular on the POP show IMPRESS ME to his current recurring-role as Detective Bryant on the BET+ show THE FAMILY BUSINESS he learned certain habits, tools and tangible methods that he applied towards his own career, which he claims are the difference in finding success in such a competitive industry.

But Dylan’s not content with just his own success. He’s passionate about helping others achieve their dreams as well, and that’s where his teaching comes in. Dylan is incredibly grateful for the opportunity to share his expertise with aspiring actors at the prestigious Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute in Los Angeles. His course The Business of Acting is designed to give young actors the tools they need to navigate the industry with confidence and success.

The impact of his course has been nothing short of remarkable, as his students go from timid students to confident professionals. With the knowledge and skills gained from his course, they are empowered to navigate the often challenging and unpredictable world of acting with a newfound sense of self-assurance.

His course serves as a comprehensive roadmap for success in the industry, offering practical insights and expert guidance on how to build and sustain a thriving acting career. As his students transition from student to professional actor, they are bolstered by his teachings, taking on the industry with a newfound sense of confidence and direction.

And let’s be real, Dylan’s course is a total game-changer! It covers everything from the seven essential philosophies that every actor should live by, to the practical skills and tools needed to make it in the business. He’s grateful for the chance to learn from his current and former students, and is humbled by their talent and dedication.

All in all, Dylan is living proof that you can follow your dreams and make a difference in the world at the same time. He’s upbeat, humble, and totally inspiring!
